At Skate Attack, we aim to supply only the highest quality products and hope that you will always be happy and delighted with your goods. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the items you have purchased or if they do not fit correctly, then return the item to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. This is provided that the items are unused and are in their original packaging including any tags and labels . Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning items please put the name of the person who placed the order and the order number in with the item.
We will not accept any returned items that are not in a perfect and saleable condition. Please do not use sticky tape on product packaging, place the items you want to return in a box or jiffy bag.
If you want to exchange, we are happy to do so, but All postal charges for exchanged goods are the responsibility of the customer and is paid for at their own expense.

The returned items are your responsibility until received by us. Once received we will check the items and either dispatch the exchange product or issue you a refund if you so wish. All refunds are credited to the method of payment originally used (either PayPal of Card payment.)
In the unlikely case that we make a mistake and send you the incorrect items, we will cover return postage costs and send you the correct item. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the item.
If the goods are NOT faulty the customer is responsible for the delivery cost of returning the goods. Postage charges for returned goods (non- faulty) will not be refunded. A refund will be granted for the invoice amount minus the cost of delivery. Any goods sent via UK.MAIL will be deducted £3.99. Goods sent via Royal Mail will be deducted the price of the postage paid . If you have received free postage and wish to return your goods we will deduct postage of £3.99 If the customer wishes to return their goods for exchange we are happy to do so within 30 days from the day after they have received the goods.
