These terms and conditions govern all transactions conducted with SKATE ATTACK (UK) LIMITED, whether online, by e-mail, telephone, or post. Please review them carefully before placing any orders. All agreements are subject to English Law, and any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms.

All mentions of the 'company', 'us', or 'we' refer to SKATE ATTACK (UK) LIMITED. References to the customer denote the individual or business making purchases from the company. The term 'Web Site' encompasses all URLs owned by SKATE ATTACK (UK) LIMITED, including www.skateattack.co.uk.
Payments
All transactions require payment validation. Orders without valid payments may not be accepted or processed.
Delivery
Items are dispatched promptly as per the selected delivery service. Delivery charges are available from our Customer Service Department and listed at checkout. Availability is subject to change, and outstanding orders/items can be canceled unless specified as “bespoke” or “special” orders.
Occasionally, delivery charges may be revised. No orders will be processed or charged without your authorization.
Returns
At Skate Attack, we strive to deliver only top-quality products, and we hope you're always delighted with your purchases. If, however, you're not satisfied or if items don't fit as expected, you can return them for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with tags and labels intact. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning items, include the name of the person who placed the order and the order number. We only accept returns of items in perfect, saleable condition. Please avoid using sticky tape on product packaging; instead, pack items in a box or jiffy bag.
We're happy to facilitate exchanges, but all postage costs for exchanged goods are the customer's responsibility.

You're responsible for returned items until they reach us. Upon receipt, we'll inspect them and dispatch an exchange or issue a refund, credited to the original payment method (PayPal or Card payment).
If we send incorrect items, we'll cover return postage costs and send the correct item. Contact us at [email protected] before returning incorrect items.
If goods are NOT faulty, you're responsible for the delivery cost of returns. Postage charges for returned goods (non-faulty) won't be refunded. Refunds exclude delivery costs. Deductions apply for goods sent via UK MAIL (£3.99) or Royal Mail (postage price paid). For goods returned with free postage, we'll deduct £3.99. Exchanges within 30 days from receipt incur postal charges paid by the customer.
Acceptance
Upon placing an order, you'll receive an order acknowledgment email. This email doesn't indicate acceptance of your order.
Acceptance occurs upon shipment from our warehouse or suppliers.
Non-acceptance may result from inability to authorize payment, product unavailability, or pricing or description errors.
Copyright and use of our images and videos.
All images, videos, and text are copyrighted by SKATE ATTACK (UK) LIMITED or our suppliers. Unauthorized use of our images or videos is prohibited and constitutes theft. Contact us for permission to use any of our images or videos.
Force Majeure
We aren't liable for non-performance of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as Acts of God, riots, or legislation. If such circumstances prevent us from wholly or partly fulfilling orders, your liability is limited to the value of items supplied plus associated delivery charges.
