Measure around your head just above the eyebrows and ears. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger size and adjust using the included liners.

Fit Guidance: Helmet should fit snugly all around without rocking forward or backward. Straps should form a V beneath each ear and fasten securely under the chin.
Yes. The glitter is cosmetic only and sits beneath the gloss coating. Safety and durability are identical to other S1 Lifer finishes.
Yes. The S1 Lifer is widely used in roller derby thanks to its deep fit, stability and certified impact protection.
Yes. The helmet includes removable liners which can be washed or replaced to keep the fit secure and comfortable.
The gloss shell is durable for everyday skating. Cosmetic wear may appear over time, but this does not affect safety performance.
