Measure your head circumference just above the eyebrows and around the widest part of the head. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size and adjust using the included liners.

Fit Guidance: Helmet should sit level on the head, with straps forming a secure V under each ear. The fit should be snug but not uncomfortably tight. Replace liners if they lose shape over time.
