No - the FR X 80 has a fixed-size shell (typically EU sizes 38 - 46). However, the removable footbed and liner allow a snug or slightly loose fit depending on sock thickness and foot shape.
Yes - both wheels and bearings are standard 80 mm - 85A and ABEC-7 spec, and can easily be upgraded to 84 mm, Supreme or Hydrogen Street Kings as skill improves.
